摘要
The stability problem of linear time-delay systems with block-diagonal uncertainty is considered using a quadratic Lyapunov functional. The guaranteed stability condition is written as a linear matrix inequality for any given number of divisions N in discretization. The result can also be interpreted as guaranteed H-infinity performance under uncertainty.
