摘要
At the low-temperature limit, extremely high values of the coefficient eta(eff) Of the damping force eta(eff) upsilon(phi) acting during vortex motion have been reported in the electron-doped superconductor Nd1.85Ce0.15CuOx (upsilon(phi) = vortex velocity). Based on the two-band model of the electronic structure of Nd1.85Ce0.15CuOx we show that the high values of eta(eff) are consistent with relatively small values of the overall Hall angle.
