摘要
A novel unified power quality controller based on magnetic flux compensation is proposed in this paper. The principle of the novel unified power quality controller is addressed, where it is based on controllable harmonic and fundamental impedance of linear transformer. The primary winding of series transformer can exhibit variable impedance to fundamental current and large magnetic impedance to harmonic current. The equivalent fundamental impedance of shunt transformer is nearly zero to harmonic current and continuously adjustable reactance to fundamental current which can compensate reactive power. Thus, the harmonic current is lead to flow into shunt transformer circuit. Besides, the variable impedance to fundamental current of series transformer can limit fault current. The simulation results built on MATLAB/Simulink verify the effectiveness of the proposed novel unified power quality controller.
