摘要
The Fe-13at.%Si alloys with 1, 3, and 5 at.% of Co were investigated. Spin texture, atomic configuration, and Curie temperature were studied in dependence on chemical composition and heat treatment. Data on atomic arrangements derived form Mossbauer spectra and Curie temperatures showed that Co atoms substituted regular positions of Fe atoms in the bcc lattice. Spin texture was found to be only slightly dependent on the chemical composition of the alloys, however, it varies with heat treatment considerably.
