摘要
Sensitivity technology in information industry is a branch of the national sensitivity technologies with importance, strategy, innovation, pilot, versatility, interests and other features. Combining the characteristics of sensitivity technology and the theory of technology assessment and its development, we propose the evaluation principles of sensitivity technology in information industry. When we establish the evaluation system, we must follow the safety principle, interest principle, demand principle, development principle and innovation principle. Based on the above analysis, we establish the evaluation system of sensitivity technology in information industry and put forward the corresponding evaluation method. The system is conducive to strengthen the whole process management of secret projects in national science and technology plan. It can further promote the change of management mode on science and technology secrecy.
