摘要
The nonlinear generation of shear field and flow in whistler waves is considered. It is shown that a coherent parametric process leads to modulational instability of four waves whistler interaction. Growth rates for the flow/field are compared with published simulation results. (C) 2011 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
