摘要：
A synthesis problem according to the desired amplitude diagram for a linear antenna is considered. An explicit formula for the optimal current is derived. This current generates the amplitude diagram as close to the given one as we require. The numerical results illustrating the developed method are presented. The results show that in order to achieve a desired accuracy of approximation to the desired diagram, the respective currents should he oscillated.
