摘要
Regular measurements were carried out since 2006 till 2009 at the lidar stations in Teplokluchenka (Kyrgyz Republic, 42 degrees N, 78 degrees E) and Tomsk (RF, 56 degrees N, 85 degrees E) in the frameworks of the project CIS-LiNet - lidar network on the territory of CIS. We present the results of statistical analysis of the spectral characteristics of optical parameters - backscattering and extinction coefficient, optical thickness and the lidar ratio (the parameter inverse to the value of the scattering phase function at 180 degrees) in the planetary boundary layer and the free troposphere.
