摘要
Two new transition metal coordination polymers (CPs) with the chemical formulae of {[Co(HTPO)(bib)]center dot 4H(2)O}(n) (1) and {[Zn-3(TPO)(2)(bib)(3)]center dot 2DMF center dot 0.5EtOH center dot 0.5H(2)O}(n) (2) (H3TPO = tris(4-carboxylphenyl)phosphine oxide; bib = 1,4-bis(1H-imidazol-4-yl) benzene), have been synthesized under solvothermal method. Their application values on the spine surgery incision were explored and the related mechanism was explored at the same time. First of all, the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection was detected and the level of the inflammatory response of the spine surgery incision was assessed. In addition to this, the real time reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was performed and the relative expression levels of the Staphylococcus aureus growth genes was measured after the compound treatment.
