摘要
This short paper presents an overview of the development of an analysis protocol for measuring the level of support for Web 2.0 affordances in web sites and other social information technology systems. The protocol will be used to validate a framework for understanding business intelligence 2.0 tools, as well as providing an empirical basis for a general definition of the Web 2.0 concept.
