摘要
This paper introduced a sensitive sensor based on modified glassy carbon electrode using Fe3O4@PPy core-shell and electrochemically reduced graphene oxide (ErGO) to determine methamphetamine (MET). Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) was utilized to describe the proposed sensor characterization (Fe3O4@PPy/ErGO/GCE). The sensor's electrochemical activity was investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and square wave voltammetry (SWV) technique to monitor MET in the Britton Robinson buffer solution (BR, pH 8) containing KCl 0.1 M. Prepared sensor (Fe3O4@PPy/ErGO/GCE) exhibited a better analytical performance compared with other modified electrodes for MET. Under optimized conditions, the proposed sensor offered linearity ranging from 0.005 mu M to 200 mu M with a detection limit of 1 nM. Notably, the fabricated sensor represented good reproducibility, outstanding sensitivity, and long-term performance. These results indicate that the proposed sensor is a promising candidate for MET determination in urine and serum samples.
