摘要
The purpose of the present study is to verify the case study method as a solution to the education crisis within the Brazilian law schools, which has negatively reflected in the professional legal area scenario. This will be done through a critical analysis of its methodology. The methodology used was the bibliographic type with pure research of qualitative, descriptive and exploratory approach regarding the objectives. It was observed, as a result, that the increase in the quality of legal education is correlated with participatory methods, in turn, provide a critical and legal reasoning formation on the current system, providing a constructive capacity for critical and prudential analysis.
