摘要
Hyhrid III-V/SOI DFB lasers was designed and fabricated using wafer bonding; a low chirp parameter (alpha(H)) of 2.4 was measured and 10Gb/s direct modulation demonstrated in an error-free transmission in a 25km single mode fiber.
