摘要
Chinese clan culture decides clan trust is more than society trust in China, and then particularism-based clan trust blocks family business growth. The result of trust game is: If a society has perfect legal system, code of ethics and value system, universalism-based society trust can be built step by step. The society trusts creates out society capital, and with the advancement of society, society capital connotation will further enrich, extension will expand unceasingly, therefore, society capital is one kind of dynamic and self-growing capital. The growth process of family business is a process changing ceaselessly it's the components of investing capital. Society capital will become the permanent motive power of family business growth.
