A new thought on cross-efficiency evaluation in DEA

摘要
The cross-efficiency evaluation method in DEA is introduced in this paper the methods that cope with multiple optimal solutions are analyzed and the maverick index is introduced. Mixing the idea of self-evaluation and peer evaluation in social evaluation activities with cross-efficiency evaluation, pointing out the multiple optimal solutions can be solved through minimizing distance in Euclidean space, and analyzing the computing method of the final evaluation score, pointing out using entropy weighting method to determine influencing factor of each DMU and computing final evaluation scores using these factors. The effectiveness of the method is illustrated through a numerical example.
