摘要
In the structure design stage of the stainless steel subway carbody, the rapid evaluation of the structural stiffness of the carbody and the distribution design of the beam and column are the key to shorten the design cycle and improve the core competitiveness. In this paper, an equivalent model of stainless steel subway carbody structure is established by simplifying the carbody into a structure composed of beam and column, isotropic shell and anisotropic shell. On this basis, all geometric and physical control parameters required for parametric modeling of the carbody structure are summarized, then the simulation program driven automatically by control parameters is developed for the geometry modeling, mesh generation, loads and constraints application, statics and modal analysis. The equivalent model and simulation program result in a rapid evaluation method for the structural stiffness and modal analysis of stainless steel subway carbody during the design stage. The correctness of the simulation program is verified by comparison with the results of commercial FEM software. By comparing with the results from the detailed three-dimensional finite element model of the carbody structure, the effectiveness of the equivalent model and the fast evaluation method for structural stiffness and modal analysis is verified.
