On a parity issue of the thermal Sunyaev-Zel'dovich effect

摘要
The thermal Sunyaev-Zel'dovich (SZ) effect is probed to be described by means of convolution integrals involving direct scattering laws and its moments. It is suggested that the distorted SZ spectrum may contain a new term in its description based on derivatives of the undistorted intensity. Possible implications of this fact are discussed.
