Study on ethics in information resources sharing on the Internet

Firstly, the paper studies why the measures of humanity, particularly ethics, should be paid much attention to in information resources sharing on the Internet. Then, the paper studies the contents of ethics in information resources sharing on the Internet, putting forward the main task, purpose and the concrete contents. Finally, the paper further proves that the measures of technology, economy, law and policy are not quite enough to guarantee the high efficiency in information resources sharing on the Internet and the more effective way should be the endeavors of ethics.
