摘要
In accordance with the inner structrue and output volt-ampere characteristics of solar battery, the mathematical model of solar battery that satisfies the accuracy in engineering application and is conveninet for calculation is discussed. This model is applicable for design of solar PV and expeiments of digital simulation and dynamic simulation, etc. it features that the mathematic relationship between voltage current and power in PV battery model is obtained by combining environmental influences, like temperature and lighting, etc. and adopting the relevant parrameters (SCC I-sc, ocv U-oc, MPP current I-m & MPP voltage U-m) of solar module provided by manufacturer. Then the volt-ampere characteristics simulation system and verification of OPVC is establihsed using PSCAD software with the consquence that relevant wave forms are obtained. Through comparision of simulation result & relevant parameters provided by the manufacturer and the known PV experiment result, they basically coincide with each other. As a result, the anticipated effects are gained
