摘要：
Ordinary Portland Cements have wide applications in Civil Engineering. In the present paper for the first time we have shown density and elastic constants for various Indian Ordinary Portland Cements. Density of the present OPCs are strongly dependent on MgO and K2O composition in the cement network. Using the density data, the elastic moduli namely Young's modulus, Bulk and Shear modulus have been evaluated. Elastic constants of present OPCs are high with MgO present in the cement composition.
