摘要
Objective: The design of this research is to probe into the influence of one-to-one nursing intervention on postoperative pulmonary infection (PI) and quality of life (QOL) of patients undergoing lung cancer (LC) surgery. Methods: One hundred and three LC patients admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were randomized into group A (54 cases) for routine nursing intervention and group B (49 cases) for one-to-one nursing intervention on the basis of group A. PI, QOL, inflammatory factors and emotional changes were observed in the two cohorts of patients after nursing intervention. Results: In comparison with group A, group B displayed lower PI rate and inflammatory factor levels while superior QOL and emotional state. Conclusions: One-to-one nursing intervention can reduce postoperative PI and meliorate the QOL of patients undergoing LC surgery.
