摘要
Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) is a combination of different forms of teaching knowledge necessary to provide students with a meaningful learning experience. This article aims to improve teachers' PCK by incorporating it into an action learning approach. The authors designed the Blended Model of Reflective PCK (BMRP) to enable teachers to be aware of mistakes, learn from experience, and reflect. An instrument based on this model was also created to facilitate model implementation. Using this model as treatment, empirical data from an experimental study were acquired. This study involved 40 high school teachers from two different boarding schools. Data were obtained using pre-test and post-test. Teachers' answers were scored using a rubric and then analysed using ANCOVA. The study shows that the BMRP could significantly improve teachers' PCK.
