摘要:
We report an observation of triple-like P E hysteresis loops and an electric field-induced tetragonal-orthorhombic phase transition in the 0.62Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O-3-0.38PbTiO(3) single crystal. The stability of the induced orthorhombic phase was studied as a function of temperature and electric field, which is applied along the <011> direction of the original tetragonal phase.
