摘要
Currently, based on the world market, companies working on the development of software in general, are increasingly surrounded by risks and challenges. About the risks of development time, cost, labor and especially of maintaining a skilled workforce. And, challenges always get a quality product that is competitive with the market. Therefore, perform the Management Lessons Learned within these organizations no longer just a differential, a choice of quality, and has become a daily necessity for these companies. In order to meet these needs, this study aims to present a tool for assessing the degree of maturity of Management Lessons Learned within the software development process, whose main feature is to apply the practice of Lessons Learned (LA) gradually and incrementally within the Software Development Process (PDS) increasing the quality of software generated and consequently the "knowledge" within the company.
