摘要
This paper considers the analysis of information environments and technologies suitable for the development of a platform for digital certification of road infrastructure. There is a description of the platform design: the tasks that make up the development are considered. The approaches to the implementation of the considered tasks are analyzed. Describes in detail the implementation of the platform components: preparing images for training a convolutional neural network, training a neural network on a prepared dataset, testing a trained neural network, software implementation of obtaining latitude and longitude from photo metadata in a user-friendly form, as well as in an easy-to-load cartographic service form.
