Gains from Social Capital

The author's previous researches on farms show that social capital positively influences the development of rural farms. Therefore the evaluation of possibilities for social capital increase is important. The author indicates gains of social capital increase also on the regional level. These gains are closely connected with the economic growth in different spatial aspects - on local farm and national level with bigger profit, and on local government and regional level with the potential of human capital and its quality saving possibilities. It allows balancing urbanisation processes on the EU level.
