摘要
A revised version of the Maintenance Resource Management Technical Operations Questionnaire (MRM/TOQ), which includes measures of interpersonal trust and professional attitudes, is introduced. Factor analyses of responses from five different samples reveal comparable factor structure. The reliability and validity of resulting Likert-type scales are tested and reported. Implications for the measurement of maintenance attitudes and opinions are discussed. The authors argue that the use of MRM/TOQ will benefit both special training programs and efforts to establish attitude-performance linkages in aviation ground operations.
