摘要
This essay reflects on the contributions of intersectional black feminism to human rights education at school. It is argued that feminist analyzes and practices for rights and social justice, added to the criticism of the black feminist movement to the exclusion of intersectionalities between oppressions, have contributed to a feminist ethics in education. Based on the theoretical reference of black feminism, it is possible to understand the intersectional perspective's contributions as an analytical and intervention tool in combating institutionalized rights violations in school practices. It concludes with the defense that the assumptions of black and intersectional feminist pedagogy must be closer to the studies and practices of Education in Human Rights.
