摘要
Currently, our country has already entered the accelerating period of the urbanized advancement. It is strengthening urban underground space (USS) development that has the important theoretical and practical significance for realizing the reasonable intensive use of urban land resource and socio-economic sustainable development. This paper took the land intensive use as an angle of view, carried on the analysis of the reason which caused disparity between the our country's UUS development and the overseas'. Through referencing the successful experience of raising the land intensive use's level by using UUS development from the overseas, and considering the actual situation of our urban land utilization development, the paper also proposed that by way of formulating scientific and reasonable UUS plan, carrying on large-scale and high-level constructions of urban derground space like subway, underground highway, underground complex and so on, in order to serve the purpose of urban land intensified use effectively, obtain the reasonable urban spatial content with the limited land, and solve the contradiction of land resource protection and the socio-economic development reasonably.
