摘要
The structure and the mechanical and corrosional properties of Fe-18% Cr alloys containing relatively high quantities of nitrogen (0.6-1.3%) and up to 2% Ni are investigated after quenching from 1200 degrees C in water to obtain 100% austenitic structure. The properties of these alloys after quenching from 1000 and 800 degrees C are presented for comparison. Overall, the properties of the alloys after quenching from 1200 degrees C are better than those of the widely used chromonickel steel of type Kh18N10T.
