Q-number essence of the time and time-energy uncertainty relation

摘要：
It is proved that time must be a q-number, which is defended against Pauli's argument in different forms. A new form of the commutator of a Hamiltonian with time is presented. The time-energy uncertainty relation is derived on the same solid basis as the momentum-position one.
