摘要
This research is beginning with the relationship of the Knowledge Management (KM) and the Competitive Advantage (CA). Then combining with. the current Value Chain of Knowledge (VCK) in domestic and overseas,we give the Model of Enterprise's Value Chain of Knowledge (MEVCK). At the same time, we. apply this model to analysis that how to build the CA in Life Insurance Enterprise. Finally, we get the conclusion that having reached MEVCK is enterprise CA wellhead.
