摘要
Adoption of cloud computing has resulted in the necessity of management principles and processes specifically designed for cloud computing services. Management principles and processes have significant importance for cloud service consumers while adopting and utilizing cloud services. To help organizations with management of information technology (IT) services, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework was developed. However, ITIL mostly focuses on on-premise services from the service provider perspective. Reassessment of ITIL processes enables to create IT Service Management to be more suitable for cloud service consumers. This paper describes Cloud Computing Management Model which was proposed as an adaptation of ITIL processes with specific extensions to cover cloud service management from the perspective of cloud service consumers.
