摘要：
The real estate sector plays an important role in helping the enterprise with recruiting and retaining labor. This role is highlighted by changing the workplace designs that help foster greater collaboration and give birth to new ideas, amenities that enhance work/life balance. The purpose of our research is to explore how human capital is affecting Romania's real estate sector. Our hypothesis is that there are structural changes in how current real estate buildings are being developed in order to be correlated with current expectations and needs from the new generation of employees.
