摘要
The flexible flat foot is treated according to the location of the deformity, ie, hindfoot valgus, midfoot abduction, and forefoot supination. There is generally a contracture of the gastrocnemius requiring treatment, which is performed in conjunction with osteotomy of the calcaneus and cuneiform as required.
