摘要
In this paper, the trajectory sensitivity analysis (TSA) and the matrix sensitivity analysis (MSA) are adopted to research parameters sensitivity characteristics of the highly integrated valve controlled cylinder (HIVC) under different working conditions. Firstly, TSA and MSA mathematical models are derived. Moreover, basing on the solution of the trajectory sensitivity function (TSF) and the parameter sensitivity matrix (PSM), each parameter dynamic sensitivity characteristics is researched. Secondly, parameters sensitivity characteristics of HIVC are analyzed quantitatively through two measurable indexes of parameter sensitivity. Finally, the sensitivity analysis results of the measurable parameters are verified experimentally. The simulation and experimental results indicate that MSA has advantages in computation accuracy, derivation of mathematical model, sensitivity solution procedure of each parameter and simulation time of sensitivity analysis over TSA in HIVC, and each parameter sensitivity characteristics of HIVC and the performance-affected main parameters and secondary parameters are got under different working conditions.
