摘要
A facile microwave-assisted three-component reaction of pyridin-2-amine, 3-phenylpropiolaldehyde and alcohol is catalyzed by TsOH under solvent-free conditions to give corresponding imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines in good yields. Reactions proceed with high efficiency and good functional group tolerance. This approach provides a useful protocol for the preparation of functionalized imidazo[1,2-a]pyridine derivatives.
