摘要
This study focuses on exploring students' willingness to learn about corporate sustainability. Specifically, we analyze students' attitude towards the inclusion of more sustainability content within core management subjects. We also explore demographic characteristics (gender, age, and level of education), psychographic factors (beliefs about companies and sustainability, perceived knowledge and sources of sustainability knowledge), and behavioral variables (e.g., boycotting polluting companies, voluntary green behaviors) to explain differences in students' attitudes towards corporate sustainability learning. For that, we use a sample that comprises the responses of more than 300 students enrolled in different undergraduate and master level degrees of the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at the University of Almeria, Spain. This study adds to the literature by identifying individual characteristics such as demographic, psychographic and behavioural variables supportive of positive attitudes toward corporate sustainability learning.
