摘要
High-field magnetization measurements have revealed an antiferromagnetic (AFM) ground state in UPdSiH1.0 and uncompensated AFM - in UNiSiH1.0. Subsequent magnetic phases in UNiSiH1.0 are ferromagnetic. Increase of T-N in UPdSiH1.0 with pressure, and the estimate of the ordering temperatures in UNiSiH1.0 based on the bulk moduli indicate that the pressure effect on magnetism in the hydrides goes beyond the volume expansion.
