摘要：
With the entry into WTO for nearly 9 years and rapid development of a foreign-oriented economy, the structure of export products continues to upgrade and the proportion of highly technological and value-added products tends to rise, and the disputes related to intellectual property rights are increasing each day. In this article, beginning with typical cases of the American "337 Investigation" that are directed at enterprises of China, we analyze the influence of "337 Section" on the foreign trade export of China and put forward some relevant countermeasures in three aspects: government, trade associations and enterprises.
