Study on Profit Index System of China's Rural Commercial Bank based on Analytic Hierarchy Process Method

In recent years, China's rural commercial banks have achieved considerable progress. However, at this stage, explorations and researches on profitability of rural commercial banks are relatively scarce. Therefore, it is necessary to study profitability of rural commercial banks. This paper,based on the studies on traditional commercial banks, focuses on the main factors affecting the profitability of rural commercial banks. We selected the following five factors: bank scale, business innovation, marketing management, risk control, regional economic environment, we established Analytic Hierarchy Process model to compare the importance ranking of these five factors and identified the key factors. By the establishment of this five index model, the study on profitability of rural commercial banks is relatively complete and convincing.
