Synthesis and study of the catalytic properties of phthalocyanine complexes of cobalt in reactions of mercaptan oxidation

摘要
Specimens of cobalt polyphthalocyanine have been synthesized with the use of pyromellitic dianhydride and its mixtures with phthalic anhydride. A study has been made of the stability of specimens in an alkaline solution and their catalytic activity in reactions of mercaptan oxidation. The results obtained are compared with data of industrial catalysts. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
