Coronary artery disease (CAD) remains the major cardiovascular health issue in contemporary clinical practice. Treatment options for multivessel CAD include medical therapy, percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI), and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). Here, the authors review the most recent data that compare intracoronary stenting to CABG in multivessel disease.
