摘要：
It is of great significance for enterprises to get successful outsourcing risk management. Based on previous research on outsourcing risk, this paper identifies the bad affairs and risk factors in outsourcing operation, discusses the evaluation method of outsourcing risk, and puts forward some measures to control outsourcing risk, which provides some guidance for managing outsourcing risk and forms a frame of outsourcing risk management.
