摘要
Understanding value is the foundation of all investments and value analysis for investment is to evaluate the internal value of a corporation. In all countries the real estate market is a tower of strength for it can directly affect the economic development, so it is very important to evaluate real estate companies. This paper provided a method to evaluate real estate listed companies by the means of the comprehensive evaluation and has drawn a conclusion. Also it can help strengthen our knowledge of real estate listed company
