摘要：

Extensible business reporting language (XBRL) is a new tool used for commercial information and financial data in the online communication, which ways of information communication and processing with traditional network financial report has been changed. The problems that have existed in application process through network financial report based on XBRL current situation of the development and application status was proposed in this paper. The significance reference was provided for our country business development.
