The synthesis of hollow nanostructured microspheres of strontium ferrite by microspheres is reported. The phase composition, morphology, and particle-size distribution of the obtained microspheres and the effect of the synthesis parameters on the morphology and particle-size distribution are investigated. It is established that synthesis by the spray-pyrolysis method formed hollow nanostructured microspheres with dimensions in the range 0.5 - 10.0 mu m. The wall thickness was similar to 100 nm. The microspheres consisted of particles 10 - 20 nm in size.
