摘要
Daily fractionated and graded dose assays simulate the dose and timing of standard external beam treatments. These assays measure the survival of a colony forming units (CFU) rather than cell survival per se. A spreadsheet is used to model these daily treatment assays in terms of (1) cell killing from individual exposures and (2) repopulation doubling times.
