Nowadays with the development of science and technology, computer network has been widely used to the life of people, the popularity of the network technology convenience to people's lives, and at the same time, many industries and industry at present is the application of computer network communication technology, convenient for supervision and inspection of the scene situations, oil and gas is in the energy industry, the application of the computer is more common, such as in power system, the network technology has become the inevitable trend of electric power industry development, various complicated power system, has been inseparable from the electric power communication network of the implementation of the supervision and feedback.
