Solution of an inverse Stokes problem using interior data

摘要
In this paper we investigate the solution of the Stokes equations in two dimensions with an unspecified surface fluid velocity, or one of its components, over a part of its boundary by introducing extra interior pressure measurements. It has been shown that the boundary element method (BEM), combined with the Tikhonov regularisation procedure with the choice of the regularization parameter based on the L-curve criterion, provides a stable numerical solution of the Stokes problem which converges to the exact solution as the amount of error in the interior data decreases.
